      We excel in low cost, intelligent, failsafe electronics for the
      Consumer, PC, Communications and embedded control markets.

      As experienced electronics engineering professionals we now both design
and manufacture our own creative designs and offer consultancy services to
other companies.

      Our product line of keyboard and Notebook PC controller chips goes back
over 9 years of experience now.  In 1985 NEWTECH Co.Ltd. created the first
auto-detecting IBM PC/XT - IBM AT keyboard encoder chip.  Over 3million chips
have been sold so far.

      Our PC_WatchDog products evolved from our need to keep our remote BBS
network up and running at all times.  Functions from our NT124SLB Notebook
controller chip have been added to PC_WatchDog to turn off PC peripherals when
not in use and monitor internal PC voltage and temperature levels.

      Our FON_Control product is a product range of tele-communication control
and diversion products.
